Beginner/Intermediate Strings–
Learn to read music and play the violin, viola, cello or Double Bass in
an ensemble. No experience necessary. Instrument checkout fee is
$40.00, class fee is $10.00 and method book is $11.00. Promotion to the
advanced level is based on academic progress, daily participation and
classroom demeanor.

missing any required performances will receive a grade of "0". The
make-up assignment will be a type written 500 word essay (topic TBA the
day after missed performance). Performance make-up grades will not
exceed 70.
