Welcome to Dunbar Creative and
Performing Arts Magnet Middle School's Drama Tech Page. This is our
second year at Dunbar as an actual class. We are responsible for pretty
much anything and everything that you can imagine when you think of any
type of performance. We create custom costumes, props, scenery,
backdrops, sets, and prop weapons. We are the crew that handles the
curtains, the lights, setting up for performances, assemblies, and
programs. We are also responsible for the upkeep of the stage and prop
rooms. Whatever the Fine Arts department comes up with in respect to
designs and ideas, Drama Tech can and will find a way to make it a
reality. We are the muscle behind the scenes during performances. We
work very hard and have no problem getting our hands dirty if it will
make the Fine Arts Department look good. Be on the look out for updates
on some of the stuff we are creating in class for performances
throughout the year.
