Guitar I/II
– Learn to read music and play the guitar in an ensemble. No experience
necessary. Instrument checkout fee is $40.00, class fee is $10.00 and
method book is $11.00. Promotion to the advanced level is based on academic progress, daily participation and classroom demeanor.

Guitar III
– Experience advanced ensemble playing. Must be able to read music
and understand basic theory and play proficiently on Guitar. Several
performances required throughout the year. Performance attire required:
Must purchase Blue monogrammed polo shirt ($20). Instrument check-out
fee is $40.00 for the year, class fee is $20.00. Winter and Spring
Concerts Required *.
*Students
missing any required performances will receive a grade of "0". The
make-up assignment will be a type written 500 word essay (topic TBA the
day after missed performance). Performance make-up grades will not
exceed 70.
